This event is running in collaboration with Shinrin of Sound. Combining qigong movements and sound will leave you with an inner calm and deep relaxation that enables you to ground your energy and restore balance, encouraging the flow of ‘qi’ (life force energy) around the body.

Join us and experience the ultimate environment for pure relaxation. Most importantly, be sure to bring your energy, your open mind, your smile and your compassion.

The practice will be followed by Ayurvedic tea.

Tickets cost £28 and are only available in advance, via the Shinrin of Sound website.

On the day

Doors open at 6:50PM, and close at 7PM for a prompt start. The event will last 1 hour 15 minutes.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water and anything else that will allow you to feel comfortable and supported.
