Do you feel slightly jaded after a long winter?
Well, spring is around the corner, and we are delighted to be able to invite you to an exclusive half-day retreat in the beautiful village of Penn Street, set in the heart of the Chilterns. First off, we are offering a 90-minute yoga class specially planned to suit the season. This will be followed by a nutritious and balanced three-course vegetarian lunch to complement the yoga practice, building on the same tenets, and following the plant-based diet principles, advocated by the yoga tradition. Both elements will leave you with a sense of balance and wellbeing, ready to enjoy the spring and summer ahead!
The retreat is taking place on 18th April, from 10AM to 2PM. Numbers are limited: there are only 12 tickets available for this event, priced at £30 all-inclusive. But don’t wait too long – we expect spaces to go quickly!

Who will enjoy this retreat?
We are aiming this event at everyone! The yoga will be suitable for all genders, ages and abilities, right through from new beginners to the more experienced practitioner. The practice will be complemented by a nourishing and tasty meal suitable for all.
What if I have special dietary requirements, or injuries?
We will ask about these when you buy a ticket and, due to the low numbers of spaces available, expect to be able to accommodate many special requirements.
Where is it running?
The retreat will be running at the beautiful village of Penn Street, in the village hall, between Amersham and Hazlemere. There is plenty of parking by the hall, and buses/taxis are also available from the nearby Amersham railway station if you have access to the Chiltern Line train or Metropolitan Line tube.
