More than £600 raised for Cancer Research at the Flow and Glow

Side stretches in support of Cancer Research

Amersham Market Hall was the venue of yesterday evening’s thoroughly enjoyable Yoga Flow and Glow fundraiser event in support of Cancer Research. Lots of people braved the cold and rain to join Tessa, Amy-Jo and me for two hours of yoga and mulled wine. Including what we were given on the evening, we raised more than £600 in total thanks to our guests’ generosity!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your support in making this event a success. Happy Christmas!

Finally here’s a link to the fundraising page just in case anyone feels like boosting this total! 🙂

Yoga Flow and Glow – details!

Picture of flyer for Yoga Flow and Glow, confirming date as 16th December at 5:30-7:30PM at Market Hall, Old Amersham. Contact Ellie on 07855 312033 for further detailsIt is now just a week until our Christmas Flow and Glow! Tessa, Amy and I are very much looking forward to seeing you and guiding you through a warming yoga flow followed by a sumptuous yin practice.

Here are a few useful things to know:

  • The yoga practice will start at 5.30pm and finish at 7.30pm. (There will be a loo break between the yoga sessions)
  • Please bring your own yoga mat if possible, as I only have a limited number of spare mats
  • Please also bring your favourite cosy socks, jumper and blanket ready for your yin practice and relaxation

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me; and if you find you can’t come, do let me know so I can pass your place onto someone else on the waiting list. This class is free, but we are suggesting a donation of £15 to Cancer Research. Thank you to everyone who has already made a donation; we have already raised £297.50 for this excellent cause. If you haven’t yet made a donation, you can make one on the evening or, better still, via the link below:

We hope you have a wonderful week, and look forward to seeing you all next Sunday evening!
